Speech Pattern Analysis

Clinical-grade assessment of verbal fluency, response timing, and speech coherence

What We Measure

Response latency (speech initiation time), pause frequency (hesitation patterns), fluency scoring (continuous production capacity), semantic content analysis (word choice and complexity), and volume consistency (motor stability).

Advanced Processing

Uses Web Speech API for real-time transcription and content analysis. The system learns from your speech patterns during the session to detect word retrieval efficiency, semantic coherence, and linguistic complexity. All data is processed locally and automatically deleted after analysis.

Longitudinal Baseline Tracking

Upload a previous PRECISE Pro Speech Assessment CSV to enable longitudinal comparison. Your current session will be compared against your historical baseline and significant deviations flagged. Upload weekly or monthly CSVs to track cognitive stability and monitor micro-fluctuations over time.

Privacy and Data Handling: Speech is transcribed locally for analysis. No audio recordings are stored. Transcripts are used only for pattern detection and automatically deleted when you leave this page. Only anonymized metrics are retained.

Microphone Access

This assessment requires microphone access for speech capture and real-time transcription. Your browser will request permission. All processing occurs locally on your device.
